My name is Joshua Wood, the Trigger Point Assassin. I am a Melbourne based Remedial Massage Therapist, and Dry-Needling Practitioner, specializing in returning muscle to full function and pain relief through manual therapies. Currently I am working out of my home clinic in Prahran and also lecturing at Sage Massage, on Massage Therapy.
I come from a Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) background, and I am currently competing in Powerlifting. This has given me a keen understanding of the importance of fully functional muscles in the sporting world. I love working with athletes and sporting injuries.
